Summer Bash

Thank you for coming to the Summer Bash! A list of everything to see and do while you're here is below. Download a map of tonight's event.

• a petting zoo with small animals

• bounce houses and inflatable obstacle courses

• a bunch of food trucks, including: Perry County Pizza Co., 717 Taco, Bricker's Famous French Fries, Auntie Annes (food is available for purchase)

• two KONA ice trucks! Are you a student or staff member? Pick up your ticket to get one for free from the PTO tent!

• henna artists and face painting

• a fun giveaway for the first 200 students to arrive - stop by the PTO tent to pick it up

• a yard game activity area with sidewalk chalk, scooters, a friendship bracelet station, and more

A few reminders:

• Students are welcome to find their classrooms and tour the school during the Summer Bash! However, classrooms will not be unlocked and teachers are not available. Please be respectful in the hallways and do not visit other areas of the school.

• The cafeteria will be open if you would like to eat your food inside.

• The office is distributing pick up numbers for each family in the lobby. 

• Please follow volunteer directions to maintain safety and fun at the event. Timed limits are necessary at bounce houses and the petting zoo to ensure everyone has a chance to play. Please help your students respect these limits. 

• Becky Schmidt, Winding Creek’s Military and Family Life Counselor, will be available to meet active duty and reserve families by the PTO tent.
